87 accord Shifting problems
Manual transmission 5 speed. all gears work great until i try reverse. If i hold the lever it will slightly engange but pops out. It will move in revers but doesn't seem to be engaging the gears. Ideas?

All forward gears function .....just no reverse????...........Probable bent or broken shift fork....reverse is the only gear in the trans with no synchro........Either it goes in or it doesn't.
One question..........Are you losing hydraulic fluid????............Just for the heck of it, I'd bleed the slave and flush the system.........Maybe just a little air????........
