lights won't shut off.
I have a 1993 Buick LeSabre Limited. I just had the battery and starter replaced. Everything seemed fine until I got home and realised when I shut the car off and turned the lights off that the rear lights, parking lights, and dash light stay on. I ended up having to disconnect a battery cable to get them to turn off. Reattaching the cable and they come on again. Was the starter hooked up wrong? The battery? It all worked fine before the battery and starter were replaced.

Who replaced that starter and battery? Bring it back to them and tell them to fix the mistake.
Most likely they probably forgot to disconnect the battery before replacing the starter and shorted out a relay of some sort.

They definatley did something wrong. crossed wire, pinched wire/s, like he said, take it back to them and make them fix it. Man I hate taking my truck or car somewhere to have something fixed and come back with more problems than I orriginally had. I know, I can't spell.

Your vehicle has what's called a "Lamp Module" .........a computer dedicated to the lights..........Tht's where your problem is.........How it got cooked is another question
