How much will it cost to have the front motor mount replaced on my 95 Camry? I know the part is about $127.00. Thanks.

Not exactly, but it isn't just a couple of steel plates and a big rubber bushing either. I'm assuming your talking about the big one in front.
Pretty fast job; less than an hour by the book would be my guess, so it depends on the labor rate in your area. Tip: have it done at a good independent shop vice a dealership; that should save you some. Also might want to check for other sources if the $127 is a dealer's parts department price. You can even get an entire set on ebay for under $110 (this is for a 4-cyl; you didn't mention your engine):
