1994 F150 Ac
The AC compressor will not kick in at all. Is there a way to charge the system without the compressor running or is there a way to make the compressor clutch engage so I can check the pressure and add coolant.
The truck is 4 wheel drive with the 5.0 engine. The AC was working great at the end of the summer last year. I live in Iowa so there was little use for the air since last Sept.

Compressor needs to run in order to get a good reading.
You can check if the compressor is ok by jumpering the terminals where the AC relay is. If it kicks on, then you have another electrical problem.
There are many possibilities, do the above first.
