Repairing Creased Headliner?? Help!!

We have a creased headliner that came out of a 03 rolled 15 passenger ford van. We thought we would try and reuse it but does someone know if their is anyway to get some of the crease out?? It is pretty much creased through the whole board?? Thanks alot, Jonathan

If it's this this panel type board that the liners actually attaches too, then no. This crease weakened the board, and an attempt to straighten it will probably break it. Only thing I could think to do if you really wanted to salvage it is to cut the headliner in two and bond the pieces.

You may also minimize the crease showing through the liner if you apply a thin layer of foam type material, then apply the liner over the top of this.
