The best plugs and wires are the ones that the manufacturer OEM calls for. If your car came with Duralast, replace with them.
Often people get different brands and their cars no longer run correctly.

91 corsica 3.1
How do i find this out?
I looked at the book that came with the car and found nothing and looked at automotive repaire manual and still found nothing.
I looked at the wires and they say Packard with the number to where the plug goes.
Are these original wires?

Brand of plug wires
General motors has several different divisions with different names. Packard was the name of their division that made electrical wiring. They did not come off an old car by that name as a lot of people used to think. As okc stated replace with original equipment and you should be ok. RW

duralast and bosch are probably a little better quality wire and would probably last longer other than that there is very little diifference.
and no you dont have to use oem wires and plugs so i wouldnt go out of your way to purchase ac delco although they are decent wires they may be a big difference in price.
there is alot of aftermarket brands that are of just as good of quality as oem.
