rear grinding on a 91,grand prix

my wife was driving in a rain storm and drove through a under pass that was flooded and her car stalled...for 2 days it wouldnt start till it dried,now it runs with a hesitated start but there is a grinding in the rear.What is this this???

Probably rust and/or brake dust in the rear drums. Doesn't take long for drums/rotors to rust up when a car isn't driven. I would pull them and do a good cleaning.

1999 ford econoline van cruise control

the cruise control on the van doesnt work, i checked out all the fuses in the box and all seems well, someone said maybe the cruise control sensor? can you tell me where this is located or any help will do....the light in the dash should light up when up push the on button for the cruise control, right. because nothing lights up or anything when i push it, thats way i think it may be a fuse???

I have a 93 Prism and my brake lights stay on after the engine is off also. Paul, Did you get your problem fixed and how did you do it? Where is the switch/gromet located?
