Smile 2002 Chevy Cavalier Window Problem and Front End Squeak

I have two problems with this vehicle. This for a 2002 Chevy Cavalier. The first problem is with the windows. The windows will only roll down periodically. And if they role down, they won't role back up. Only after waiting several days and continuing to push the buttons, will the window role up very slowly. Someone has said that the "Relay" needs to be replaced. Does anyone have any suggestions of what it might be and if it could be the relay, where would that be located?

2nd problem, with this same vehicle. The front driver side wheel makes a squeaking/wrenching sound. It sounds like a dried out piece of rubber, squeaking sound. What do you think that could be?

Thank you for anyone's help and suggestions.

Some suggestions

I think I would start looking at the electrical connections to be sure everything is tight and making good contact. If this happens to all the windows I would focus initially on the power supply and grounds. The squeak in the front suspension is probably stabilizer shaft bushings. There are 2 bushings that the shaft runs through that often need some silicone lube applied to them.
