The fans stay on after turning off engine. Is this the fan relay switch and if so where is it located?

Have you tried to call up say a dealership to ask them if with your vehicle if the fan can come on with the engine off? Some do.

In case you have never before seen/heard the fan come on ever before, like this, then yes, could be relay I suppose and I'm not sure where they put them NOW, but usually they were mounted with other similar looking relays on the drivers fenderwall by the battery area. You have to find which one it is based on a wire diagram or ask parts person to identify based on connectors or other knowledge on their part, or buy one on a hunch and then replace the one that looks like at.

Probably............Chrysler has an updated unit.........They usually fail in "Open Circuit" mode..............Should be located on Uni-body left side near the radiator support................or behind the right headlight assy
