Homelink sunvisor

I have a 2000 Sebring convertible. The sunvisor has a lighted vanity mirror.I was wondering if I could get a visor off of ebay with a homelink in it and install it in place of the old one.

You should be able too. I do not think the visor is wired into the vehicle. The homelink device is like a garage door opener that you can program. Try calling a local dealership and talk to their service department, they should know for sure.

If it fits, it should work. The built in types use car power rather then replaceable batteries. My Toyota came with it built in.
