Flashers
If you mean "flashers" control for turn/emergency, the flasher is a three prong pot located in the fuse box. The fuse box in you vehicle is probable on the drivers side, under the dash, attahced to the interior firewall. Some Jeeps have two flashers one for the turn signals and one for the emergency flash. Flasher Pot will be round ('bout the size of a quarter) with three prongs which plug into the fuse panel board.
