Question Squeal When AC is on

Just got my 97 civic EX back from Getting a rebuilt engine and tranny installed and when the AC is on, it seem to get a squeal from the (i'm guessing belt) when i shift(manual trans)gears. it seems like it does it worse when at higher RPMS. The AC Condenser was replaced and the bearings in the AC compressor were changed. PLEASE HELP!

The belt could have had a bit of coolant spilled on it and has dried out.
Spray a bit of WD-30 or belt dressing on it and see if that helps.
