elantra won't start

98 elantra won't start driving along, just stoped, turns over, but won't start. battery fine engine cranks, but it's like it's not getting any spary. changed fuel filter awhile back and starter, was runnibg good until now, any advice out there, remember, i'm kindda car stupid. but willing to check anything that dosn't requier a lot of equipment, don't have a whole lot of that. thanks in advance for any advice.---hat!

Could be spark or could be fuel pump. If you are brave and have a good heart, you could hold a sparkplug wire while someone cranks it over. If you let go very quickly, you have spark. Check fuses for a blown fuel pump fuse.
