I have a 1987 bronco, 25,000 on new 351W, automatic.
I recently started hearing a knocking noise coming from from underneath my truck while driving. Its a constant noise that speeds up while I speed up. I thought it was a U-joint, but its not. The only thing I can think of is its in the axle from the front to the transfer case. When I get under there and turn it slightly I hear a knock, but I am not sure if that is suppose to happen or not. Please help, I have small patience for knocking and squeaking noises on cars.
