Exhaust Manifold Bolts?

Exhaust Manifold Bolts?
1996 Camaro Z28 5.7L, While removing starter, had to remove cross-over pipe from driv side exh manifold. All 3 bolts snapped off at att point to manifold. (sprayed with industrial rust/bolt remover before-hand)
Thinkin re-install now, top side of remaining bolts feel like rivets in
triangular plate, was expecting bolt heads, or thread-studs with nut.
QUESTION: Have I just ruined exh manifold?
Should I go to muffler shop, let them heat, an replace broken bolts? I tried to hammer and chisel them out, no luck, not much room in Z28.
Finding manifold in junk yard I'm thinkin is very rare.
Any ideas out there? Thanks,,,

Chances are these bolts were probably tack welded on. Saying this, you will probably have to find a new bracket/flange. I'm willing to bet there are many Z28's in the junkyard.
HAve you tried unscrewing those broken bolts with a pair of vise grips? They also maybe screwed in. Take a look at this link, and tell me if triangular piece is what you are talking about?

Yes, thats the triangular flange, only I would need the left hand manifold.
The flange feels like it is part of manifold, one piece? Flange is fairly heavy duty, maybe 1/2in thick.
Thanks for link, we may end up going that route, to a new part, have to call some bone yards.

it's not uncommon for these to break, especially on higher mileage or winter driven vehicles. If you're comfortable with using a torch, I usually just heat them and remove with visegrips, it's been a while since I've done an F-car so you may have to remove the manifold to have enough clearance.
You could also bring the manifold to a machine or exhaust shop and I'm sure they'll be happy to remove the broken studs for you.
good luck
