exhaust on my white paint!
Due to a leak between my engine and flex pipe, I ended up with a bunch of black staining on the paint on my bumper and trunk above my tailpipe. Is there a way to get this off without taking off my paint?

Scrub.
Try mineral spirits by wetting a terry rag and then scouring the stain. Do not pour mineral spirits directly on the painted surface, rinse will with water. If that does not work try Barkeepers Friend or Soft Scrub and "gently" scrub the area. Suggest you get a tail pipe "turn down end" which should divert the exhaust flow downward.
