2000 Suburban 3rd Row Seat
I don't have the owners manuel for my Suburban and occasionally need the cargo area. My question is this - does the 3rd row seat fold flat? If so, what are the steps to get it flat? Thanks for your help!

The seat back should lay completely flat on the "butt" cushions. There should be a handle or two, either on the sides of the upper cushion or down below.
Whether or not the whole seat goes flush with the floor is a different story, probably not if you see no space that is lower then the floor of the truck.
Most people remove this seat by the quick release levers near the anchor points, you can do this as well.
