2001 Chevy Blazer AC problem

I have a 2001 chevy blazer that I deliver mail with. While delivering, the air-conditioning blows HOT air. When i'm at a constant speed the air conditioning works fine but while stopping to deliver and then going again it blows hot. any suggestions?
Thanks.

With vehicle running and A/C on Max, open the hood and see if your radiator cooling fans are running. If they are not, then that's your problem.

The S10 Blazer should have a belt driven fan..........and they're NOTORIOUS for fan clutch failures........CAREFULLY place your hand behind the fan and feel for a goodly amount of air flow........If there isn't any , and I'm betting there isn't .........replace the fan clutch
BTW .with an inop fan clutch, head pressures in the compressor will run extremely high and I've seen several where the compressor leaked out the front seal and the point in the case where the halves are pressed together
