Exclamation Waterpump 97 Grandprix

I'm taking off the water pump of my 97 grand prix 3800. I've got all but one bolt off and the Powersteering pulley is in the way...The bolt won't come all the way out, and there's no hole in the pulley to get to it through. Will I need to remove the pulley, and if so how?

The power steering pump should have 2 bolts securing it to the engine. Those 2 bolts can be accessed through holes in the power steering pulley. They require a 13mm deep socket. Once the power steering pump is out of the way, that last water pump bolt will come out and you can do the water pump.
