What do these codes mean?
On My 2000 F150 the code reader comes up with 2 codes
one is the right bank is to lean., the other is the left bank
is to lean. Any thoughts to the problem?

If both banks are reading lean, it sounds like a air/vacuum issue.
Inspect your air filter and intake for any leaks.

Right
Esprcially in the small vac hose "elbows"
These tend to crack almost invisibly (like underneath) on these Ford engines
Also, I'd clean your Mass Air sensor
How many miles?
It could be time for new O2 sensors
