Hard Start
I own a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500. This past summer I changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter and a new 700 cca battery from Sears. When it's pretty cold outside (my veh sits outside work at night), no matter how long I let the veh warm up, when I first give it gas to get going, the truck stumbles a little bit. I never have problems after that little hesitation nor do I when its above 50 degrees. Any ideas suggestions at what I should look at or do?

Water temp sensor. You have two - one for the temp gauge and one for the computer. The latter is the one you want.
Hope this helps,

There is a service bulletin out for intake manifold gaskets. When you first start the truck, it will stumble, hesitate, miss until it warms up. GM has revised these gaskets to cure this problem. We do at least 1 of these a week, for the same symptoms you stated. It has fixed everyone of them.
