Cruise Control Module Plug fried

95 ford bronco. Cruise control has a recall on it and i guess it finally burnt up(just happy it didnt burn my car to the ground like some others). Fuse 13 keeps blowing(responsible for my anti lock breaks, hazard lights, EEC, break lights and automatic transmission shift interlock). Disconnected a connector on the column to allow me to drive and shift gears, but still no rear brakes or anything else which is my big concern. Ford dealership wants $100 just to look at it. Don't have the money. Trying to figure out how to cut the cruise control module out of the circuit so I can plug the #13 fuse back in so it will not blow. That way, everything will work except the cruise control (everything going through the #13 fuse). Anyone have a clue on how to do this?

Or if anyone even just has a wiring diagram of the cruise control plug in my car id appreciate it. I have a Haynes repair book but it's not included on the schematic.

If it has a recall on it & you know about it, Why didn't you have it done & why does Ford want 100 bucks to look @ it?? I'm remembering the recall was the brake pressure switch that would not cancel the cruise when you pressed on the brake, & the fire one was the ignition switch. Are you certian the fuse isn't blowing because of something else (disconnect everything else & measure currant flow thru the cruise). Good luck, Roger
