What is that squeal when 99 Intrepid is turned and moving

1999 Intrepid some times squeals/ squeaks when turning either way.
I had it up on a jack and tried to get it to do it and it wont.
Brake pads seem to be just touching the disk when at rest and not pushing the pedel.

I'd check the power steering fluid first, also the belt for slippage.

upper strut bearing/bushing assemblies always a possibility also.

I have a 1999 GMC Envoy, 4wd not working, and yes i tried changing the dash switch no difference. I try to go into 4 Hi and the light keeps flashing same for 4 Auto, but it does go into 4 Lo i can also hear the diff engage but it doesn't for the other modes .Any ideas?Read More

I have an old beater who's dashboard is so discolored due to sun damage, that it just plain drives me crazy. It makes an otherwise nasty car look worse than it should. Is there a product on the market that I can "paint" it with, that would resemble that nice new vinyl finish coat and that will hold up under the florida sun.?Read More
