Ranger shakes in drive when brake released
1992 Ford Ranger 60,000 miles. Over heated, blown head gasket. Garage had head processed, gasket was replaced. Cylinders hold pressure. Starts easy, but engine acts and sounds like one cylinder is not firing, But ARE. (New Plugs, wires, dist cap & rotor. Check all vac hoses. when engine is reved up and I start to drive any RPM over 1000 NO SHAKE.

I would check the timing for starters.
Also, when I had a 96 Ranger, it was VERY picky about what type of plug went in, only OEM would work.
