turn signal don't work
91 oldsmobile cutlass ceria .
left turn signal don't work. it will come on but don't flash. any ideas. nether the inside or outside light flash. right works no problem. more problems but one thing at a time

Replace both the bulbs, (front and rear). Usually they will not blink when a filiment in the bulb is blown.
If that does not solve it, it maybe the blinker module.
If that does not solve it, it maybe the blinker module.

replaced both the back and front bulbs no go still don't flash. right turn signals work no problems. so you said it maybe the bilnker computer thing. how much do they run and is it a DIY install

Same thing happened on my 92 Ciera. Unfortunately, the brakes failed and the car was totalled before I got it fixed.

its the turn signal computer. I noticed theres a slight delay before the right flashes like a 1 second delay or so so how hard is this to replace and whats its cost

just try a new flasher they dont cost much, turn on the side that does work and listen and see if that helps you locate it it generally under the drivers side dash the car should have 2 flashers one for hazards and the other for the turnsignals.
