Camry Brakes Heating Up

heard a noise from my rear brakes, 93 camry le, pulled the wheels and found pads on one side only nearly gone, other side like new, installed new pads both sides, cleaned and lubed pins, calipes moved ok. took test drive and checked roters with ir digital thermomiter. problem brake was 240 degrees, all others were 112 degrees. since caliper slides ok my take is that the caliper plunger might be sticking. or could it be a warped roter - seems ok visually. should i just install a new caliper? could this high temp have affected the wheel bearings? should I replace ( a $140. part). thanks for your advice.

It does sound like a dragging caliber that needs replacement.

I would not worry about the bearing right now unless that is giving you problems.

A bad brake hose would also be on the list of possible suspects.
