Glass In Ac Compartment
Yeah i have a 2000 ford focus and i bought the airbags deployed and they said that the air conditioning still had glass inside from the broken windsheild. They say if you turn it on it shoots out pieces of glass. I wanted to know how would i go about and removing the glass entirely

The pieces of broken glass mostly likely went down the defroster vents and into the plenum (the black plastic box under the dash that holds the A/C evaporator and heater cores. You'd have to disassemble the plenum and try to vacuum out the glass fragments -- not the easiest job in the world. On some Fords, you have to practically remove the entire dash to disassemble the plenum box. I'm not sure out older Focuses, though.
