Nissan Cherry

I have a nissan cherry '84 model

I am covering about 100km per day, and lately it seems to need half a botle of water to the refidgerator per day. It has no leaks, I checked it.

What might be the cause?

Worn radiator cap or leaking head gasket for starters. Try replacing the radiator cap and see if there's any improvement.

I have also a Nissan Cherry N12, year 1982. Ten Years ago I had the same problem, but I observed that the exhaustion was full with steam- it was in winter. I realised that is a problem with the cylinder head gasket. Indead, after disassembling I fund a fissure at the small, 2 mm width space between the 2nd and 3th cylinder. After replacement, it works OK. My car is now 31 year old and I never will let her back. I've bought it in Wien, at age 10, and I will keep her.

Thank You in advance
