remote key entry for a 1999 Sunfire Pontiac
I am looking for where I can get a replacement remote entry for my daughters car. Her remote key entry does not work anymore. Any advice?:

Do an on line search for keyless entry systems, or go to the dealer.
I assume that you replaced the button battery in the remote.
The problem is that it is hard to tell if the remote is bad or if the receiver in the car is bad. If, for some reason, the program for the remote was erased by the receiver, the receiver would have to be re programed. Reprogramming is also required with a replacement. Most sites that sell the remotes, also sell the instructions. The procedure is different for just about every make, model, and year.
