Is this a rear wheel drive vehicle? If so, it might be your drive shaft.
Exactly where is this vibration located?
You have brought this to a Mercedes dealer and not just some small auto shop?

Bad Vibes
1. Check the exhaust system. Be sure it is not hitting somewhere on the chassis.
2. Check for out of round tires (internal cord slippage etc.) also check tire balance. Also check for bent wheel.
3. If it has one, replace Idler pulley and shock absorber for the serpentine (fan belt). When worn it can cause a vibe.
4. Not so simple is binding universal and or CV joints on the drive shaft(s) and or axles. MB dealer can find this.
