'90 Plymouth Grand Voyager oil pressure
This is more an update than a new post; the original has cycled out a while ago-
Minivan with 3.3 litre V-6 was showing low oil pressure when warm. In the process of working on the heater core, I unplugged the two connectors that feed the instrument panel. After plugging them back in, the oil pressure shows improvement across the operating temperature range, and I get no "Check Engine" light when warm. However, now I get the "Maint Req'd" light (bottom light on left side of panel). I had disconnected the battery negative cable before digging around under the dash; what have I done? Do I need to reset some service reminder timer, retrain the transmission, remove the bulb, or what? Please help - the wife is far more nervous about the light than I am! Thanks in advance - Chris
P.S. - Check my other post for heater core trick...
