1993 ford explorer

I have a 1993 ford explorer and the turn signals and hazard lights do not work. All other lights are working and the bulbs and fuses are good and all other lights working fine.Could it be not grounded someplace?

Does your signals and hazard use same bulb as parking lights? If so, have you tried to pull out on light switch to parking lights position to see if they at least come on then?

maybe

maybe the ground, but you say all lights work? the bulbs come on but don't flash?

maybe the flasher or the multifunction switch
if you can jiggle the handle and get them to flash, you will prove it is the switch. Howeever if they don't flash it won't disprove that it is the switch.
