Blower on accent do not work

Blower on accent do not work
My blower is not working on 1-3 and fan.The lead wire shows that current is present at the switches and in the terminal socket of the blower wire.I check the blower on the batery ,it is working perfectly.Why is it not working when it is plug-in to it's socket?

if it works on its highest speed but no others it is probably due to a bad blower resistor.
you basicly need power and ground for the motor to work and some vehicles use the ground circuit for contolling the blower motor.
