Need To Know How To Install A Drivers Side Window
I have a 2000 ford explorer 2 door and I have taken the door panel off but can not figure out how to remove the rivets to remove the window? And what to do to install the new one

This is really stretching on my knowledge, but I doubt that removing rivets is necessary to remove the window. With the window all the way down, you should have to remove the window channel. Then the glass itself should unbolt or unscrew from the mount at the bottom edge of the glass and the glass lifted out.
Hopefully someone who's done this recently can chime in here.

why do you want to remove the glass? most stuff inside the door is serviceable with the glass in the door.
TG is correct, to remove the glass, it must first be disconnected from the window regulator (the part that raises and lowers the glass). it may also have to be tilted forward to disengage from the run channel or have the run channel loosened or removed to get the glass out. removing the glass can be a real PIA not to mention the possibility of breakage so again...why do you want to remove it?
