ran out of gas car wont start now
I have a 92 oldsmobile v6 engine fuel injected. For about a month now I have been experiencing a missing or jerking when I go up a hill. Only when on a hill this happens. About 3 days ago I was almost home and ran out of gas so I put it in nuturial and coasted into my driveway. I didnot turn off the key until I stopped. I put gas in it but it wont start now. Can you please tell me what to do. I ran out of gas once before, put gas in it and it started right up. Help

Going to need to check your fuel pump for output. One of two things probably, (1) When the fuel level got way down you sucked a bunch of junk into either the pump or filter, or (2) You may have burned out the pump by letting it continue to run after there was no more fuel flowing through it.
Might check the fuse for the fuel pump for starters, might get lucky. If that's good, listen at the filler while someone turns the key on to see if you can hear the pump run for a few seconds as it pressurizes the system.
