I'm assuming you can remove the line out of the car yourself. Check your local yellow pages for a shop that repairs hydraulic lines. There's about 10 in my neighborhood. They can repair the line for about $60. It should be a straightforward job for them. They reuse the fittings and replace the hose and crimp new ferrules at each end of the hose. A good shop should be able to even replace the fittings if needed.

Power Steering Line
I used to replace a lot of those. There really is no EASY way to do it. It is much like a game of twister, I am only half joking on that one. The pressure and return line are connected together with clips, that gets in the way. Take the line off the pump and the rack and try to snake it out. It might actually work better to take both lines out at the same time. The two lines tend to intertwine at some points. You might try cutting the old line into pieces while it is still in the car. When you run the new line, keep it away from exhaust and moving parts. It is not a hard job, but it is a frustrating one. You will also bruise some knuckles. I hope this helps.
