fixin a ford
I own a 93 ford explorer with a bad a/c switch (head unit). i have already ordered a new switch but i'm unsure on how to remove the existing unit from the dash. Any ideas???

Remove any screws around plastic trim around the center console. Pry the center dash trim out carefully.
The control unit is just screwed in and has about two wire harnesses going to it, and/or vacuum hoses.
