98 ford windstar

inside lights won't turn off while vehicle is on and take a long time to turn off after you park and turn off engine. any idea how to fix this problem? thanks

The switch inside the doors that turn the lights on and off is stuck. Open all the doors and spray some lubricant, (PB Blaster works well) directly onto the latches. Don't be shy with the lube, give it a good 2 second spray. Then open and close the doors 10-12 times each, that usually frees up the switches. If that doesn't work you will need to replace the switch.

P.S. Don't forget the rear hatch

Yup
Especially on the slider door
That contact plate is right there on the jam and gets gunked up pretty good
