lubricate window tracks?

The power windows on my wife's '98 chevy astro seem to bind just a tiny bit as they go up. Just enough to be annoying. I read somewhere about lubricating the tracks, and to refer to the owner's manual for what lubricant to use. I can't find the info anywhere. What do most people use for this application? Thanks!

I usually use a light silicon spray (auto parts store). Leave the windows down while it penetrates and dries.

Hope this helps,
