Locked seatbelt on 2003 GMC Envoy
The seatbelt on the front passenger side has locked halfway out and will not go back in . How can I fix this without carrying it to someone ?

That's a bit of a strange way for it to have a problem. The belt's not twisted? Most seatbelt retractors nowadays are hidden in the trim of the door pillar. You can try removing the trim piece covering the retractor to see if there is anything obvious like the belt twisted or something fallen in and jamming it.
