1998 expedtion

I blew a fuse hooking up my trailer on my 1998 expedtion I can't find the fuse that is blown. Can you help me Thanks Ken

What are you missing in terms of lights? Do you have accessories on the trailer or just the 4 pole connector?

the fuse/power distribution box under the hood has separate fuses for trailer lights.

I didn't have the trailer when my truck came home I let someone use it.But I have no tail lights or blinkers and I checked the fuses under the hood all seem to be fine unless there is more than one box.I had this happen before but I can't remember what I change

1999 Taurus heater problems

I have a 1999 Ford Taurus , the heater wont blow hot air, only cool air and the defroster only blows cool air as well. I flushed the radiator and installed a new thermostate but this was of no help. The A/C works just fine ! I need to know what to do to get the heater working again.

The "Service Engine Soon" light came on in my dash and I took my truck in to see a mechanic. He pulled codes PO171 and PO174 saying that the fuel is too lean on bank 1 and 2. My truck is still driveable. The mechanic stated that I may have a "Head Gasket problem" or a " exhaust manifold problem." My manual says to check the gas cap and put a higher grade of fuel in. I did that and no change. What could be the problem?
