Toyota has an automatic reversing feature to prevent arms, heads, etc from being caught in the closing window. While I can't tell you exactly where to look, it certainly sounds like the reverse senor needs adjustment, or if not adjustable, replacement. One other thought is to check the window tracking. Any binding will mimic a jam.

Can you describe for us perhaps in a little more detail what you mean by "hard trembling"? Is there usually a certain time or circumstance when it does it...such as when it raining, when going up a hill, or when making a sharp turn? Anything like that? Also, please include your engine size and what type of transmission etc. if you know it.

This vintage Yoda engine can be real sensative to consumable ignition parts like plugs, wires, and cap & rotors
I'd check them, and if in questionable condition, or original to the car, or if age is unknown, replace them
Also with this engine, I'd strongly recommend OEM/Toyota parts
