95 chevy suburban a/c blows out floor vents only could someone please help

It is possible you have a vacuum leak at the actuator diaphragm under the dash. When you change from defrost to vent to heat, do you hear any air sucking under the dash?

No vacuum on these, but you got the right idea. In this case, the mode door actuator could be going to hell. I don't recall where exactly the mode door actuator is, but once you find out you can put in VENT mode and tap the actuator. If the VENTS begine to blow, you'll need an actuator. But tapping doesn't always free them up.
