93 Merc Villager Headlights

One headlight works, the other does not, is there anyone with any idea on how to fix this? There is a new bulb and fuse. ANY info would be greatly appreciated!

did you test for power with a 12 volt DC, test light, at the connector at the headlight?

91 chevy corsica, blinker lever broke off at the steering colum. The only thing holding it there is the wire to the high and low beam switch. In a way i don't want to work on this car because it has the air bag. and i want to sell it bec it gets 13 MPG.
