92 Olds Cutlass Supreme horn is stuck!

It recently got very cold out and my horn is stuck in the "on" position. It's getting pushed because the steering wheel is very very cold. I guess the contacts are shrinking or just freezing so the horn won't go off. After I jerk it around and warm the car up it stops...but I have to sit in the car and hold the steering wheel for a while (which is annoying). My battery is extremely hard to get too, and has a strange size of bolt for the positive and negative. Where is the fuse located for the horn? Pulled out all the interior fuses, no luck. Tried some of the small fuses under the hood, no luck! Didn't try any of those large square looking fuses under the hood though. What can I do? How do I fix this? What are my options?

If you can get to the horn(s), just pull the wire connector off of it. You may have something else on the same fuse that you would like to have working.

I would still like to know where the fuse is, it will be easier than connecting/disconnecting the horn under the hood.

No info at Autozone.com about the fuse, sorry. But they dis say where the relay is, if that helps.

On your 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass 3.1L MFI , the Relay is located:

Under hood, passenger side, front engine area, rear of headlight housing, mounted in relay block on fenderwell.

Hope that helps some.
