heating problems- Villager van

Hey guys, for a couple of weeks my heat hasn't worked right. I went out one day and I let the car heat up and drove it alittle and I noticed it was blowing out cold air so I turned it off and back on it did the same I waited a few and it was hot again then got cold a few minutes later. Today I was driving it my hot/cold gauge was almost on the H and it was blowing out really hot air. For a 1995 villager van

Time to replace the thermostat.

Make sure you check your coolant level also, and bleed/burp, system properly after install of thermostat.

Speedo problems on a Neon

I have a 1996 Plymouth Neon, 2.0, automatic. when it's cold, the speedo works correctly, but seems like after the engine warms a bit, OR I hit a bump, OR cut the wheel, OR for no apparrant reason, the speedo drops to zero and refuses to function. This has to be an electrical failure, since there is no cable directly into the speedometer, only a wire. Transmissoin was replaced and the gear was almost new. Is there a sensor, or anything electrical I can replace that usually goes out? The car is is good shape, with just over 100k miles. I know very little about auto electrical, especially on anything past 1980 (showing my age here) To me, it sounds like there is a magnetic pick up problem, but I have no idea where that part is. Thanks

I have a 1995 olds cutlass cierra, the switch for the fan speeds isnt working, i have no heat. I was told it could be the switch, where is this switch?
