Welcome to the forums! The switch is the thing you use to change the speeds of the fan. But it could be the fuse, so check that first. Usually fan switches don't go all at one time. You will have one speed but not others b4 they die.

Are you getting anything out of the blower? If not, check the fuse. If that is OK, disconnect the wiring connector from the blower motor and check for power there with a test light.

If you have power and nothing from the blower = bad blower motor or bad ground. Check the latter before replacing.

Hope this helps,

Good luck

90% of the time............I'd be looking for the speed control resistor..........Both the resistor and the switch are on the GROUND side of the circuit.........If you're NOT seeing 12 volts at the switch.....and I'm betting you won't..........the resistor is the culprit..........

NOW........If the resistor burned.......You'll want to replace the motor too.........even though it still "works" as it has lost enough OHMS to allow too much amperage to get to and burn the resistor
