96 Contour Blower Motor Problem
My GF has a 96 Ford contour and the heater fan just went out. It had stopped working on full speed a week ago, but had worked on the lower speeds. I'm guessing the problem is either in the switch itself, or in the resistor pack. I have two questions then: How do I troubleshoot to figure what the probem is? And, where's the resistor pack located?

I'm pretty sure it's the resistor pack. These are usually located down near the air box. Follow the harness from the control panel down to it.
