2002 jeep suv oil press
I have a 2002 jeep suv with 4.7L engine which I am told was manufactured by Mercedes. Since a recent cold snap, when the engine is started cold, and on the road, the first brake application causes the oil press low warning to light. The sensor was leaking and has been replaced. As my wife drove to work at hiway speeds this am, the light came on for a few seconds and then back off. Anyone had a similar problem? Thanks gardener321

Get a test pressure gauge installed on the engine and verify whether or not you have good oil pressure or you may be rebuilding your engine soon. This may be a serious issue. Don't wait around wondering if someone has the same problem.
