freon valve
can someone please tell me where to add freon to a 98 s10 2.2 liter chevrolet.there is 1 valve located on evaporator & another one located on line that i think is going to radiator.
i think the valve on evaporator may be the right one but just want to be sure. thanks for your help

it depends on how your filling it. your prob. looking for the low side pressure port.(blue) on most systems the low side is on the accumulator aka suction accumulator.or (yes)by the evaperator. normally the high side(red)pressure port is close to the condenser(looks like a thin radiator) however some systems opperate differently and almost in reverse order.
it doesnt really matter that much anyway, the high and low connection couplings are different. one is smaller then the other, so you cant really get the two mixed up.
